This is one of the best keyless door lock on the market. And they have a great customer service if you need any assistance.

Amazing door lock

Unreliable and not functional

We purchased 4 locks for various doors at our office suite. 2 out of the 4 function reasonably well, though battery life is shorter than what I have experienced with other smart locks. The other two locks have been nothing but trouble. One lock no longer responds when touching the screen, though the app indicates the battery level is high - it can only be opened by going into the app, which is a hassle. The 4th lock stopped working almost immediately after install (and this is a replacement after the lock originally installed for that door completely malfunctioned). The app does not indicate any issues, the batteries have been changed, but the lock is completely not functional and we cannot even set it to "passage mode" - it is always locked, so the door needs to be propped open or the physical key used (the placement of the physical key hold is very unfortunate and inconvenient). I would not recommend Ultraloqs. There are better smart lock brands out there.

My overall experience has been good not great. I was replacing Ultraloq 3’s. The fingerprint reading still leaves much to be desired. I can get one finger to work reliably well, thumbprint I cannot get reliably. The fingerprint setup also is spotty. Using the phone to access is still slower than using an access code. I expected better.
